Contacts #3- Geomancy driver
Way down in Singapore-la, Emma got in a taxi driven by this nice chap
Looking at that photo you would be forgiven for thinking he is some kind of terrifying cyborg from the future, and you’d be half right. He’s a geomancer
It’s a little hard to see up there, so click the picture to see the full range of Geomancy services.
Who? Philip Y Hong
What? Geomancer / Taxi driver
Where? Nearby MTR stations in Singapore, looking for fares / suckers
Why? Look at the rates on that card (click for the bigger version)- it’s a mere 1 Singapore Dollar for a square foot* of solid office-space geomancing.
Ghosts in your photocopier?
Coffee machine tastes a bit haunted?
Who ya gonna call!!
And…
If that doesn’t work out, he’ll feng shui you a route to Changi airport that you will not believe.
[*Although obviously he's going to have to round up each measurement to the next full foot. Those wizard robes ain't cheap you know.]

scammer…
This guy’s a genius. How can anyone make money from interpreting what the ground looks like? He’s like psychics who feed off the comments of the victim and make things up on the spot. “I’m getting the word ‘nonce’”.
Out of all the Asia taxi drivers, Singapore’s are the most talkative, but I’ve found 100% of my conversations with them deal with food/makan.
Is Feng Shui an art or a science? Apparently it’s an art / science.
I see he does overseas assignments too. Let’s get him over here and interview him for the podcast. Readers, send in your questions!
how many stars was this chap rolling with?
Nice tip – will check with him next week on the best place to put the doghouse or politics in Singapore
I thought the Geomancers were wiped out during the Clone Wars?
I further note that I appear to be in Germany. How dandy.
