The Famous Shoe Tuesday
Here are the shoes of some famous people.
Can you riddle me these owners three?
Answers on a postcard, I will reveal all in a few days…

i know the owner of the ones on the middle – but the other ones, no clue :)
#3 = Bruce Lee
#1 – Jack Milroy- as worn on stage in ‘The Francie and Josie Show’, King’s theatre Glasgow, circa 1974.
#2 – Lewis from Inspector Morse
#3 – My Gym shoes from P.7
#1. Elton John.
#2. Elton John.
#3. Elton John.
#1 – David Duchovny, circa 1992 in the Red Shoe Diaries
#2 – That’s a freeze frame of my shoes, right now, in the office.
#3 – Zsa Zsa Gabor
Nobody has got any of them so far.
Shame on you all.
Let’s be honest James, they could be anybodies.
Actually I think Ana knows the middle one, he’s been in the news a lot recently.
The ones at the top are only ever made specifically for a guy with a particular role.
Used to be a Polish guy, now he’s German.
The ones at the bottom, well come on, what country are we in? What’s the most logical guess?
Number two is David Brent right?
I like this game, especially the Alt-Tab side-game I play everytime my boss walks past….
So we’re looking for someone who used to be Polish but has since changed citizenship to German …. hmmmm. Does he have Roman numerals after his name, and in fact live very close to Rome as well?
CK1 – Who cares about the boss, aren’t you leaving anyway!
As for number 3, yes, we’re in China and that eliminates about 4 billion people but still doesn’t really narrow it down much.
I guess #3 belongs to one of the revolution leaders;)
3rd – shopgirl!!!
I wear them all the time during summers :P
the second pair are Barack Obama’s.
Now Obama has a promotion I guess he can splash out on a new pair.
1 – Chuck Norris
2 – Steven Seagal
3 – Chairman Mao
#2 belongs to a man who walked a thousand miles in those shoes to become the next president of the USA.
#1 is the anti christ (according to Ian Paisley)
I agree with Dingle.
#1 – the Pope (*sings* I kissed the Pope and I liked it… )
#2 – that bloke from Die Hard I, II and III
#3 – Guo fu (Father of the Country for you illiterate people)
Colin – So was he barefoot in Die Hard 4?
The collective brain has more or less got it- although no-one’s given the right answer for all three yet.
This is great, it’s like something you’d see on TV just before you changed channel!
Pair No.2, definitely Obama’s.
I’ve only just got the title. I thought you just meant Shoe Tuesday is famous. Perhaps you could have called it Celebrity Shoe Tuesday.
The Red Shoes —–Tthe pope or Rod Stewart.
What’s the pope doing getting buried in red slip-ons? Is heaven a bit like Korea where you have to take off your shoes and put and undersized pair of flip-flops every time you walk through a door?
WoAi- there’ll be no Celebrity anything on my watch. Is the Pope a “Celebrity”? Was Mao? Is Obama?
Dingle- “Is heaven a bit like Korea?” Yes. Yes it is.
Scouseroochi- I thought you were going to say David Duchovny
James – Celebrity : a well known person. Is the Pope a well known person? I would say yes. Is he celebrated? Yes, very much so. Ergo, the Pope is a celebrity!
