The Greatest Shoes I Have Ever Seen*
<cue Shoe Tuesday music>
Whilst out for Japanese food with my mate from I Love China I noticed these sparkling little foot-cuddlers on our dining companion.
Without doubt the best girls shoes I have ever seen, they’re ideal for every situation- weddings, funerals, Mosque etc.
She may have told me where she got them from, but the meal included free-flow sake so I can’t remember.
On a related note I went to a very good woman’s shoe store** on Maoming Lu (heading south from the junction with HuaiHai Lu) which had genuine Marc Jacobs, Chloe, Diesel and all kinds of stuff for about 150-300RMB per pair.
*Sorry T, it’s not your Nike IDs. Although they’re nice too.
**With Emma, not just for fun.

Great shoes James
Thanks James
Where did you go to drink free flow sake and eat japanese in shanghai! my friends and i want to eat a la osaka tonight and we are lacking in direction.
Cheers
Itoya in the Kerry centre.
There are a few set meals that include drinks, the one we had cost 250RMB.
are they covered in smashed up mirrors?
they’d be great in a disco!
I really should snap a pair from my archive shouldn’t I? Maybe next to a 50 pence piece for scale and to make them funnier coz I’m a freak
They’re also a good way of easing into a bit of S&M:
Dom : Kiss my shoes!
Slave : No way.
Dom : Okay [changes into the big lips shoes] NOW kiss them.
Slave : Oh, alright ….
How did you know i’m into S&M?
Isn’t everyone? I read in The Guardian that it’s no gone mainstream!
I’m not gonna lie to you right now . . . I’d wear these. In fact, I think I’m going to print out some red lips and tape them to my shoes right now.
Kristi – Pictures please once it’s done!
