“So Mr and Mrs Lee, what are you planning to call your baby?”
I don’t know why it’s funny- I only know it made me laugh.
Waiting for a Space Man (or woman) at Pudong international arrivals
The new terminal at Pudong opens tomorrow. Wish me luck.
I honest to God thought I would be in that picture since I was there yesterday afternoon waiting for Mr and Mrs Lee to arrive!
James if you think SPACE is a weird name, you haven’t been here long enough. Seriously.
good luck james!
*i hope it goes really “smashing” well (cause [completely selfishly] i don’t want any troubles when HSBF and i get there in june).
Angie - I noticed a lack of “maybe”. Does that mean …….
You coming to work at Peter’s Crab Farm Angie?
Woai: we haven’t purchased our tickets - yet . . . but hope springs eternal
Dingle: you mean i’m not coming to farm peter’s crabs?
I actually sold the crab farm as it was less lucrative than I imagined. I now run a successful “dating agency” which specialises in helping rich business men find companions because they’re too busy to find them the usual way.
they’re too busy to go to KTV bars?!
that pic is classic
hey james, i know you and i have kind of the same music taste, you know there’s lots of good djs coming to sh this coming month, check my blog for more info
wanted to tell you this so u don’t miss out on good events
i call spam posting on shopgirl
I thought the netiquette when posting adverts disguised as blog posts was that there should be a tenuous link to the subject of the post?
Very poor effort.. 3/10
What is a KTV bar? Guessing it’s not got much to do with Korean transvestites.
I don’t know, Shopgirl puts herself out by copying and pasting the DJs at a few clubs to cobble together a post, then drags herself all the way from Sweden to ISpyShanghai to let us all know, and you lot don’t seem to appreciate the effort at all!
Champers- KTV is what you and I might call a Noraebang. The ones with the girls.
you always understand me
It’s not just musical taste, Shopgirl and James also share excellent fashion sense, both write hugely popular blogs and both have great hair!
awwwwww, im so honoured to even be compared with this master.
@Woai
lol @ the great hair comment.
Some of my favorite (100% true) names I’ve come across working in Asia:
Giant Wang
Lucifer Lee
Holdyou Lin
Finding my name google. Why so fun?
He has a point. It’s not like his last name is Schlong!
