The Asian restaurant owners with Asian servers and Mexican cooks and bus boys. The only time I see these places closed is during Chinese New Year.

So if you really think about it…I would have to say that 80 to 90% of the food ppl eat in So. Cal is cooked by Mexicans, which means that everyone is eating Mexican food. Hahahaha
